Meeting minutes Village of Royal held its regular meeting April 1, 2019 in the Royal Fire Hall. Board members present were Dennis Bridge, Max Hieter, Duaine Brandt and Jim Bright. Not present was Butch Hergert. Meeting to order at 6:30, Nebraska Open Meeting Act recognized. Visitors: Regina Krebs Discussion: Krebs discussed the audit waiver. Motion to keep Regina Krebs as Village of Royal CPA by Bridge, seconded by Bright. All aye, none nay. Motion carried. Motion for Tip Top Lawn Service to spray park by Brandt, seconded by Bridge. All aye, none nay. Motion carried. Bills: Village of Orchard, $450.00; Antelope Co News, $33.54; Rochelle Reuss, $52.50; Chellie McElhaney, $200.00; N&B Gas, $825.96; McNally Law, $250.00; Gilmore and Assoc, $342.00; West Hodson Lumber, $59.22; Hammer Insurance, $3,343.00; Hammer Insurance $46.20; Key Sanitation, $332.00; NCPPD, $845.98. Motion to pay bills by Bridge, seconded by Bright, All aye, none nay. Motion carried. Motion made by Bright, seconded by Bridge to adjourn meeting. All aye, none nay. Motion carried.
