To introduce our new sports editor, who had just moved from Nebraska, we had him try different Nebraska food items, from Dorthy Lynch to runzas. There were great comments from those watching. Even better, the comments continued as he ventured out for sports coverage. It helped introduce him and start conversations with new people. It made him much more approachable.
