Hundreds Attend NYMC Pancake Feed In Riverside Park

Hundreds of people filtered through the pavilion in Riverside Park on Sunday morning for breakfast and to support the Neligh Young Men's Club.

An annual event during Old Mill Days, the feed serves as a major fundraiser for the club as they raise money for fireworks and other events they host throughout the years.

While Old Mill Days is the biggest event of the year, the NYMC also hosts the Easter Egg hunt, haunted trail during Halloween, Novemberfest (beer and wine tasting event) and others. They also give hats and gloves to local preschoolers every year.

Another key fundraiser for the club is the Ducky Derby. They are currently selling tickets and will be dumping the ducks into the river at 6 p.m. on Monday night. Tickets can be purchased from any NYMC member, so look for their blue shirts this weekend if you're interested in supporting their cause.
