Warrior Golfers Shoot Best Team Score Of Season Saturday

The Neligh-Oakdale golfers carded their best team score of the season at the West Holt Invitational in Atkinson on Saturday.

Warrior golfers shot a combined 370 to earn fourth place out of the field of 13 schools participating in the meet.

Brady Kallhoff led the way with an 87, followed by Grant Knutson with a 93; Chris Bentley, 94; Chase Kallhoff, 96 and Garett Allemang, 97.

"It was our best team score of the year so far," Coach Frank Gade said. "It was good to see the boys improving as we come down the home stretch in the season, and a great bounce back performance after the disappointing performance Thursday at NVC."
