 Looking for an adventure on your dirt bike, ATV or UTV? Saturday's Adventure Ride is for you!
Sponsored by Neligh Young Men's Club and Big Red Motorsports, the 2014 Verdigre Adventure Ride will be held on Saturday, Sept. 20. Registration will begin at 7 a.m. in the Verdigre Park. There will be a 9 a.m. start for dirt bike and dual sports, and a 9:30 a.m. start for ATVs and UTVs. The cost is $20 per driver and $10 per rider, which includes lunch. The meal will follow the ride at Misty's in Verdigre. The three-county ride is not a race and will travel on minimum maintenance roads, exploring many of Northeast Nebraska's vistas, abandoned towns and unique hidden treasures. Drivers must have a driver's license, and all ATVs must have a flag. A fuel stop will be offered mid-way through the ride. Bring a 5-gallon fuel container. Click here for the poster. |
