Track Season Gets Off To A Snowy Start For N-O, EV

Huge snowflakes fell as the 2015 track season got underway for the Warriors and Falcons in Creighton on Thursday.

The Neligh-Oakdale girls team won the Warrior Relays with 64 points, followed by Creighton and Elkhorn Valley. The EV boys finished first with 55 points and the N-O boys were fourth with 34.

Due to the weather conditions, most of the field events were cancelled. Boys and girls shot put was the lone field event. The relay-style meet totals the distances of the shot putters on each team to determine the winner.
