Thriftway Serves Up Deals At Burger Bash

Steady smoke rose off the grill, beckoning a hungry crowd, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, as Thriftway Market served up burgers for its annual Burger Bash. 

The Burger Bash took place at both the Neligh and Tilden locations, and for $1.50, people munched on an affordable meal of a fresh-off-the-grill burger, chips and a pop or water.

In addition to saving money on lunch, people were also able to save money shopping in the store. Thriftway offered sales until 4 p.m. on a variety of products, including 24-packs of water for $2.29.
