  Athletes will represent all four Antelope County schools at the Nebraska State Track and Field Championships this week.
The state meet will be held at Omaha Burke Stadium, 12200 Burke Blvd., on Friday and Saturday. All of Friday's running events, except the 3200 meter relay and the 3200 meter run, are preliminary events. The Class D girls 3200 meter relay will be the first running event on Friday, beginning at 9 a.m. Four Class D field events - girls long jump, girls discus, boys high jump and girls pole vault - will also have a 9 a.m. start. Admission prices for the state meet are $9 per day for adults and $6 for students age 5 and older. On site, tickets will be sold on Friday for both of the Friday and Saturday sessions.
