If you didn't get tickets to the "Harvest The Hope" concert in the first 24 hours, you're in luck. Two hundred tickets will be available in Neligh. Although tickets are sold out online, Bold Nebraska is providing the Antelope County News and Neligh News & Leader each with 100 tickets to the Sept. 27 concert featuring Neil Young and Willie Nelson. The 1 p.m. concert will be on Art and Helen Tanderup's land near Neligh. Jane Kleeb of Bold Nebraska said 6,500 tickets were sold online in just over 24 hours. Wanting to ensure Neligh residents could purchase tickets, she asked the two media to assist by serving as ticket outlets. Tickets will be available in Neligh as early as Friday, Kleeb said. More details will be announced soon. The Antelope County News, located at 110 E. 4th Street in Neligh, will not sell tickets over the phone. Per Bold Nebraska, there will be a two ticket limit and you must show proof of residency with a Neligh address. Tickets are $50 each, limit of six tickets per order. Children 7 and under get in free, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Proceeds from the “Harvest the Hope” concert on Sept. 27 at Art and Helen Tanderup's land outside Neligh will go to Bold Nebraska, the Indigenous Environmental Network and the Cowboy & Indian Alliance, to fund the ongoing fight against the Keystone XL pipeline, as well as a number of small, community-based clean energy projects on farms and tribal land.
