Smith Becomes First N-O Grad At National FCS Signing

A recent Neligh-Oakdale graduate became the first in school history to be part of the National FCCLA "Say Yes To FCS" signing.

Tia Smith, daughter of Terry and Trish Smith, signed her commitment as a Family & Consumer Sciences Education major on Wednesday, July 5, at the National FCCLA Conference in Nashville. 

In her senior spotlight, Smith wrote, "I plan on attending Northeast Community College then transfer to Wayne State. I will be studying Family and Consumer Science (FACS) education."
