Sentenced To Jail On Two Counts Of Public Indecency

In Antelope County Court, a Tilden man was ordered to serve jail time for public indecency charges.

Jamie Fleetwood, 47, was sentenced to 90 days in the Antelope County Jail on two counts Wednesday. Judge Donna Farrell Taylor ordered that the sentences be served concurrently and gave him credit for nine days served.

He had previously pleaded no contest to the amended charges of two counts of public indecency, class 2 misdemeanors, and was adjudged guilty. Fleetwood was originally charged with two counts of third degree sexual assault and one count of public indecency.

The charges stem from incidents which occurred between Dec. 1, 2016 through Feb. 1, 2017, according to court records. The documents stated that Fleetwood allegedly "sexually harassed and inappropriately touched" three female coworkers at the Tilden assisted living center and made "disgusting sexual comments."
