Another training opportunity will be offered in Neligh for citizens who want to apply for a permit to carry a concealed weapon. Duff Jensen, owner and founder of Freedom Concealed Carry, will hold a concealed carry class on Saturday, Sept. 13. Beginning at 8 a.m., the class will be held in the basement meeting room of the Antelope County Courthouse. The cost is $125. The one-day class will consist of classroom time as well as range time, and is expected to take approximately 7 hours, depending upon the number of participants. Jensen has been in law enforcement for 23 years, a range instructor for approximately 5 years and a defensive tactics instructor for 22 years.
