Scrapbooking Event Raises Money For N-O TeamMates

Scrapbookers from all over Northeast Nebraska came to Neligh on Saturday.

More than 35 people cropped, ate and shopped at the first TeamMates Scrapbooking Event in the American Legion Hall. All proceeds will go to the Neligh-Oakdale TeamMates program.

"It was a fun day, and we raised more than $800 for our scholarship program," said Jenny Higgins, TeamMates board member. "We plan to make this an annual event."
