Register Now For AMH's Biggest, Best Loser Contest

Looking to lose weight and become more fit?

Antelope Memorial Hospital's "Biggest and Best Loser" contest may be just what you're looking for.

The contest runs from January 12 to March 23 and can be for an individual or a team of four people. The fee is $30 for an individual - if you register by Monday, Jan. 5. (The cost will be $40 after that date.) For teams, the fee is $100 by Jan. 5, or $120 after that date. 

Your fee includes a T-shirt, STAC class, and the use of the AMH Wellness Room. Cash prizes will be award for 1st place winners in three categories -  men, women and teams.
