Re-inventing the Neligh Chamber of Commerce

On November 1, 2013, the Neligh Chamber of Commerce held its annual meeting.  The meeting was touted as a strategic planning session to develop a new direction for the Chamber.  The Strategic Planning Committee of the Chamber developed a strategic planning process and facilitated the meeting.

The highlight of the evening was asking those present to prioritize action items presented by the group.  The group’s biggest priority was to support the efforts of the Neligh Economic Development Office as well provide educational opportunities to Chamber members.  Working to support other community groups was also another priority.

The Strategic Planning Committee will develop a strategic plan for the Chamber by March 1, so be on the lookout for the document soon!
