Oakdale Man Arrested For Drug Possession, Fictitious Plates

An Oakdale man was arrested Friday morning on multiple charges, including drug possession and driving with fictitious plates.

Neligh Police Chief Mike Wright said Jacob Boutwell, 37 of 806 Taylor St. in Oakdale, was arrested around 9:30 a.m. Friday on the east edge of Neligh. He was arrested on multiple charges - possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana, no valid driver's license, no insurance and fictitious plates. 


He was driving a 1994 Dodge Neon with Arizona plates that were registered to a Buick. 

Boutwell was released on 10 percent of the $3,000 bond.
