Neligh Police Warn Residents Of Potential Roofing Scam

Neligh Police Chief Mike Wright is warning residents of potential roofing scams in the area.

Wright said he has received several complaints from Neligh residents about a potential scammer in the area.

"You should always make sure the individual is with your insurance company. You do not have to pay for an estimate," Wright said. "Never give anyone any money up front or sign any financial documents without verifying the person is from your insurance company."
