Neligh-Oakdale Welcomes Three New Teachers This Fall

Neligh-Oakdale welcomed three new teachers - all elementary - to the staff this year.

Two have close ties and already lived in Neligh. Darcy Metschke will teach fourth grade, Collin Crilly is the new fifth-grade teacher and Kristen Strom will teach first grade.

Metschke and Strom are familiar faces, having previously taught at Clearwater-Orchard. 

Metschke is married to Nate Metschke, a music teacher at Neligh-Oakdale, and has two children - Madison and Benson. 

Strom is married to Nick Strom of Neligh and has two children - Owen and Lena.

Crilly is from Norfolk and recently graduated from Wayne State College. He student taught at Stanton last year.
