Neligh-Oakdale Students Ribbon At NVC Art Show

The Niobrara Valley Conference Art Show was held at Spencer on Friday April 28, 2017.  Over 1400 pieces of artwork displayed came from high school and junior high art students from the eighteen schools in the conference.
