Neligh-Oakdale Speech Members Place In Five Events

The Neligh-Oakdale speech team placed in five events at the Boone Central meet in Albion on Saturday.

Chase Kallhoff earned first place in Varsity Oral Interpretation of Humorous Prose. 

Matthew Ervin, Noelle Ervin, Nikki Grosserode and Samantha Wright placed third in Varsity Oral Interpretation of Drama. The Ervin duo also came in fourth placed with their Varsity Duet Acting.

Grosserode also earned fifth place in Novice Informative Speaking.

Rounding out the placings, Leslie Linares was a six-place finisher in Novice Oral Interpretation of Poetry.

The Neligh-Oakdale speech team will travel to Atkinson on Saturday, Feb. 7 for the West Holt Meet.
