Neligh Library To Showcase New Technology At Open House

Invent. Create. Imagine.

Want to try out a 3D printer, 3D carving machine, vinyl and laser cutter, music and recording kit or an embroidery sewing machine? All of these and much more are now available in the Neligh Public Library.

These Library Innovation Studios technologies will be showcased at an open house on Tuesday, May 8 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the library, located at 710 M St. in Neligh.

The Neligh Library is hosting a rotating Makespace as part of the Library Innovation Studios: Transforming Rural Communities project. This learning environment will provide the opportunity for adults and young people to access technology and stimulate creativity, innovation, and the exchange of ideas to facilitate entrepreneurship, skill development, and local economic development.
