Neligh Fire Department Responds To Garage Fire

The Neligh Volunteer Fire Department was called to a garage fire just before 7 p.m. on Friday night.

The fire at ​402 W 8th, located at the corner of 8th and P Streets, was extinguished within minutes by the firefighters. The fire was first reported by a neighbor who saw smoke coming from the building, which was attached to the house.

No one was injured in the fire.

Also responding to the scene were Neligh Rescue and the Neligh Police Department.
