Neligh City Council Discusses Lawsuit, Feasibility Study

Possible action for the lawsuit with Elkhorn Rural Public Power District and the feasibility study for Neligh Care and Rehabilitation Center were discussed at the Neligh City Council’s special meeting on Thursday, July 19.

The meeting started at 6:30 p.m., and the council and Mayor Joe Hartz first brought their attention to the lawsuit. They then made a motion to go into executive session.

Members returned at 6:45 p.m. and again made a motion to go into executive session to talk about the feasibility study for Neligh Care and Rehab.

When they came back into the room at 7:24 p.m., the council adjourned.
