A Neligh man already charged with multiple counts of sexual assault of a child was arrested again Monday morning following his court hearing in Antelope County.
According to Antelope County officials, an arrest warrant for Darryl Lierman was issued in Madison County and served Monday morning outside of the Antelope County Courthouse. Lierman was transported to the Madison County Jail following the arrest.
The charges stem from 2010-11 and are two counts of sexual assault of child-first degree and conspiracy to commit a Class 4 Felony. His bond has been set at $500,000 or 10 percent cash.
Lierman was originally charged with 11 felonies after a 2015 arrest at his home in Neligh, but after months of court proceedings, his felony charges were reduced to eight, including first degree sexual assault of a child.
