Junior Golf Tournament Held At Antelope Country Club

Nearly two dozen youth took to the course Thursday morning for Antelope Country Club's annual junior golf tournament, wrapping up the week of lessons.

The golfers were divided into three age divisions - K-2, 3-6 and 7-8 and coached by Frank Gade, who is the high school coach at Neligh-Oakdale.


There was a three-way tie for first in the 3-6 division. Payton Hoefer won the putt-off by sinking his put on the first try.

Others participating in the junior golf tournament were Devin Schindler, Simon Beacom, Jesse Green, Trey Svatos, Everett Funk, Bailey Busteed, Kyndell Busteed, Skylar Reectman, Jack Wemhoff, Izzy Pitzer, Linus Borer, Calli Heithoff, Keyera Einsenhauer, Gage Dawson, Brooke Frey
