Henry Doorly Zoo Comes To Neligh-Oakdale

Neligh-Oakdale Elementary students were able to learn more about animals from all over the world thanks to the Henry Doorly Zoo.

Students and their parents filled the gym as skins and shells of animals were shown all in the name of education.

Three lives animals were shown, including a scorpion, a Black King Snake, and an Alligator Skink.

Students were able to test their athletic abilities compared to certain animals by jumping, running, and even holding their breath. 

Students were able to touch the animals and artifacts at the end of the show.
