Growth Continues For New Neligh Apartments

The City of Neligh is seeing new development, as the progression of The Flats on 8th continues.

With the outside nearly finished, the apartment management expects the units to be move-in ready by July 1, 2018. The apartment complex will provide 1 or 2 spacious bedroom units with high-end finishes.

Individuals of all ages will have the opportunity to live in the complex, giving tenants the ability to select from several tiers of service from basic “no maintenance” to packages that include meals and housekeeping. Individuals of all ages will have the opportunity to live in the complex, with a hope for a waiting list. 

Manager Trisha Howard said that many of the details are still being worked on but information will be provided accordingly, and the website will be updated with the latest available information.

"We are thrilled to bring another living option to Neligh. There are so many people who love living in the area, but want an easier lifestyle than home ownership provides. The Flats on 8th will offer various tiers of service -  from someone to do the yard work and snow removal to housekeeping, meal delivery, and beyond. This is a one-of-a-kind development that we hope will benefit the people who live there and the entire community," Howard said.
