For the third time in as many years, Neligh-Oakdale's Bryce Frey won a state championship and qualified for FBLA nationals.
On Saturday morning in Lincoln, Frey was named the winner in Accounting 2 to qualify. He was also fourth in business calculations, fifth in securities and investments and received honorable mention in personal finance.
Frey, who is a junior, is the son of Brian and Leann Frey.
Last year, Frey won Intro To Business, a category for freshmen and sophomores, for the second time. He also received honorable mention in Accounting I and fifth place in Business Math.
The five-day national conference will be in Chicago June 29-July 2.
