A Neligh-Oakdale student continued to raise the bar on Saturday, becoming the first student in school history to ever qualify for FBLA nationals all four years of high school and the first to win four state championship titles.
On Saturday, Bryce Frey won his fourth state championship in as many years qualified for this summer's national competition.
Frey was named the winner in personal finance. He was sixth in business calculations and eighth in problem solving.
Frey, who is a senior, is the son of Brian and Leann Frey. Last year, Frey won in Accounting 2, was fourth in business calculations, fifth in securities and investments and received honorable mention in personal finance.
Frey won Intro To Business twice, a category for freshmen and sophomores, As a sophomore he also received honorable mention in Accounting I and fifth place in Business Math.
The five-day national conference will be in Atlanta June 29-July 2.
