A former Husker football player will talk to Neligh-Oakdale students today.
DeMoine Adams, who is now a representative for the TeamMates Mentoring Program, will talk with grades 9-12 during period 2 and grades 5-8 during period 3 in the new gym. Grades 9-12 will listen to "How Do You Score In Life?" and Grades 5-8 will listen to "Stand Up" (bullying prevention). After his talks, Adams will visit grades 3-6 and talk about TeamMates to generate more interest in the program. He will also have a working lunch with local TeamMates mentors.
