Five Warrior Wrestlers Place In USA State Tournament

Five Neligh-Oakdale wrestlers battled their way through some tough competition to place in the USA State Tournament this weekend.

The state tourney was held in the Heartland Event Center in Grand Island, March 22-23. 

Warrior wrestlers placing were:

1st Place - Corbin Hoefer, PreK- K division, 45-46 pounds

5th Place - Aiden Kuester, 3-4 grade division, 90 pounds

8th Place - Dawson Kaup, 5-6 grade division, 130 pounds

5th Place - Andrew Jacobsen, 5-6 grade division, 200 pounds

5th Place - Garett Allemang, 9-12 grade division, 160 pounds
