Joshua Curren pled not guilty to several different charges stemming from an incident that occurred on May 30.
Antelope County Sheriff Bob Moore said Joshua Curren, 24 of Orchard and formerly of Washington, attempted to enter a home near Third and Rusk Street in Orchard just after 10 p.m that Monday Night.
The female occupant alerted friends who tried to subdue Curren, but Moore said the subject then assaulted those individuals.
Moore said Curren resisted arrest and was eventually subdued by law enforcement after some time.
The six charges include assault of an officer, assault, trespassing, disturbing the peace, obstructing an officer, and resisting arrest.
Curren will face a jury on July 27th.
Mykel Miller pled not guilty to sexual assault and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and Donald Dredge pled not to violation to the sex offenders list.
Also in district court were Julie Lierman and Darryl Lierman.
All will be back in court on July 27th.
