Begins Today: Cast Your Vote For Neligh-Oakdale To Win

Begin casting your vote on Wednesday for Neligh-Oakdale FCCLA to raise awareness against texting while driving, and the school could win up to $100,000 and a free concert from The Band Perry.

Once on the website, click on the red button that says "Make Your Safe Driving Commitment." From there, you will be asked to add some information about yourself, identify Neligh-Oakdale as your school of choice and answer two safe driving questions. You may enter once daily.

"We could have the chance to win up to $100,000 and a free concert from ‘The Band Perry’ if we receive first place," FCCLA sponsor Kimberly Scarborough said. "If we receive second, we could receive a grant of $100,000, while third place is a $25,000 grant, all going toward Neligh-Oakdale Schools."

"Celebrate My Drive" is sponsored by State Farm Insurance.

Scarborough said "the more commitments we generate for Neligh-Oakdale Schools, the greater chance we have to win. Start practicing safe driving now with 2N2: 2 eyes on the road, 2 hands on the wheel."
