Annual Youth-Mentor Pheasant Hunt Held Outside Neligh

Youth hunters from the area Saturday had the opportunity to participate in a mentor pheasant hunt. 

This annual event is sponsored by Pheasants Forever. The Antelope County Shooters Club provided the ammunition for the annual hunt.
 
Youth who participated in the event were Hunter Bennett, James Fulsass, Skyler Glenn, Riley Forman, Ben Wilcox, Terance Burrell, Issac Jimenez, Jace Cameron, Julien Hearn, Trey Svatos, Tighe Justice and Kaden Sager. All of the youth had completed a fall hunter's safety course and were selected from the Neligh and Tilden classes. 

Mentors and dog handlers were Mark Eggers, Roger Tillson, Randy Howser, Chris Hansen, Philip Martin, Bill Short, Brett Eggers, Wade Pitzer, Bill Bailey, Ed Hansen, Bill Hansen and Mark Hansen.
