Outdoor Boot Camp classes will begin next week.
Antelope Memorial Hospital's Wellness Department is offering two different times: one class will be held Monday and Wednesday mornings with Cassie Schindler from 6:15 to 7 a.m., and the other will be taught by Natalie McKillip on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 5:15 to 6 p.m. They will each be six-week sessions, running from April 21 to May 29.
The classes cost $40 per person, per class. These outdoor fitness classes will focus on cardiovascular endurance and core strength. Instructors encourage participants to dress according to the weather and bring yoga mats. Pre-register by calling the AMH Wellness Department at 402-887-6204.
