ACN To Begin Live Streaming Meetings, Events On Website

Not able to attend tonight's City Council meeting? Or how about Thursday's Board of Education special meeting on fire sprinkler costs? No problem, the Antelope County News will begin live streaming meetings.

Tonight will be the first live streamed meeting by the ACN. The Neligh City Council meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Viewers can tune in here or can find the link via our website navigation. "Live Streaming" can be found under the "Videos" tab across the top navigation of the website.

"A lot of people cannot attend an entire meeting and are embarrassed to walk in late or leave early. They may be able to watch part or all of a meeting online, though," said Carrie Pitzer, who owns the Antelope County News. "We record a lot of meetings and will continue to do so. This is simply another service we're providing our readers per their request. We standby our motto - your news, your way, every day."
