An advisory will be in effect Wednesday morning with the chill expected to dip to 25 degrees below zero.
According to the National Weather Service, an advisory will be in effect from 2 a.m. to 10 a.m. thanks to wind chills low enough to cause frostbite in little as 30 minutes to exposed skin. The combination of bitter cold temperatures of 5 to 15 below zero and variable winds up to 10 mph will produce wind chill values between 10-25 degrees below zero.
