Travel Not Advised To Allow NDOT To Open Roadways

The highways across Northeast Nebraska will open Tuesday morning — if motorists allow the snow plows to open them.

While all highways in Antelope County are open to one-way traffic, snow plows will quickly have them fully open if motorists stay off of the roads. Stranded vehicles due to the snow drifts will only hinder the process.

It's unclear how much snow has fallen in Antelope County due to the wind. However, there have been reports of as much as 14 inches in some parts of the county.
