A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued from 6 p.m. until 9 a.m. Friday with 3 inches of snow expected to fall overnight.
According to the National Weather Service, drivers should plan on slippery road conditions, including during the morning commute on Friday and should be prepared for reduced visibilities at times with some blowing and drifting snow possible.
The temperature will continuously drop overnight and hit 8 degrees Friday morning and feel like -8 degrees. Winds will be out of the NNE and gusting up to 20 mph.
