Tilden's Biggest Loser Contest Weigh-In Set For Jan. 13-14

Tilden Community Hospital's Biggest Loser is not just focused on losing weight, but we also want to encourage living a healthy lifestyle.

Goal: To shed unwanted pounds and develop healthy habits.

Teams: 4 people per team. Each person on your team MUST have an initial and end weight to be eligible to win. Please let us know if you would like to participate but do not have a team.

Weigh-in times:
Jan. 13-14 / Time TBD
Please let us know if one of these times does not work for you!
Final weigh-ins are April 21-22.

Two categories for winning:
1. Be the team who has the highest average percentage of weight loss.
2. Accumulate the most points as a team (accumulated by doing healthy activities as outlined in the entry packet).

Cost: $20 per person ($80 per team)

How to register (2 ways):
1. Email us at [email protected] or stop by TCH to obtain a registration form. Send in your registration form and payment to Tilden Community Hospital, P.O. Box 340, Tilden, NE 68781.

2. Attend one of the initial weigh-ins and fill out your registration form then. Your team does not have to attend the same weigh-in, BUT it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY that all your team members attend one of the weigh-ins and pay at that time.
