Falcons Struggle In Three Set Loss To Renegades At Home

Elkhorn Valley entered Thursday's night on a hot streak of sorts, winning four straight.

The Falcons were coming off a strong win over West Holt on Tuesday in which the team recorded 75 total digs and Alyssa Rood and Hannah Ollendick recorded eight kills each. They won in straight sets 25-14, 25-19 and 25-21.

However, Chambers/Wheeler Central brought that all to a halt, topping the Falcons in straight sets 25-14, 25-21 and 25-13.

The Falcons were unable to keep up in most phases of the game as the Renegades recorded 37 kils, 32 digs and 10 aces to run away with the win.
