2016-17 season preview: Coach Brendan Dittmer returns a great deal of experience in 2016-17 after losing just one senior from last season.

Sophomore Hannah Ollendick returns as the leader in nearly every major category for the Falcons. She averaged 11.9 points per game, 5.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 3.8 steals per game in 2015-16. Fellow sophomores Amber Miller and Sierra Rystrom also return after posting 7.0 and 7.3 points per game last season, respectively.

Elkhorn Valley hopes its vast experience equates to a strong season in 2016-17. Its first test will be December 2 when they take on Neligh-Oakdale.
