Elkhorn Valley Drops Games To Visiting Clearwater-Orchard

Clearwater-Orchard swept Elkhorn Valley on Tuesday on the Falcons' home court. 

Cyclone sophomore Kinzly Macke was injured in the third quarter while going after a ball. According to Macke's mother, she went head first into a wall, fracturing both her orbital bone and sinus bone on the left side of her face. She also sprained her neck and left wrist and has a concussion. Her mother said she will see an ENT/plastic surgeon to see if she will need any surgery to fix the broken bones.

The Cyclone girls went on to win 63-25 while the boys won 60-42.

Alyssa Rood led the Lady Falcons with 8 points and 6 rebounds, while Jayson Larson put up 19 points and grabbed 8 rebounds for the EV boys.
