Wolfpack Falls To Chambers/Wheeler Central/Ewing

Friday night was far from friendly for Elgin Public/Pope John as they continued to navigate their tough schedule, this time against Chambers/Wheeler Central/Ewing.

The Wolfpack found themselves unable to keep up with the versatile Renegades as they fell 81-8. CWCE took a 53-8 lead into the break and never looked back, adding 20 points in the third and eight in the fourth quarter.

For the second-straight week, junior Hunter Reestman proved to be the workhorse for EPPJ, gathering up 137 yards of total offense. He gained 50 yards through the air, a team high 73 on the ground and 14 more yards as a receiver. 

Ramold split time at quarterback with Reestman, racking up 99 yards passing and throwing the lone Wolfpack touchdown of the night - to Reestman. Ramold also had 29 yards receiving.

The lead receiver of the night for EPPJ was Kyle Schumacher. He finished with 10 grabs for 70 yards.
