Returning state qualifiers: Grant White
2017 season preview: The Neligh-Oakdale boys have seen great success in each sport this year and expect the trend to continue in the spring with track.

Leading the way for the Warriors will be returning state qualifier Grant White. He returns in 2017 as one of the top-returning triple jumpers in Class C after finishing 12th in the event at state in 2016.

The Warriors had many other athletes just barely miss a spot at state last season that hope to make the trip to Omaha with White this year. Alex Kerkman, Damon Arehart and Cole Belitz were all top-six finishers in the district last season and will aim to improve enough to earn there spot at state. 

Neligh-Oakdale kicks off their season at the Dan Lennon Invitational at the University of South Dakota on Tuesday, March 21.
