NVC All-Conference Volleyball Honors Announced

The Niobrara Valley Conference volleyball honors were announced on Monday, and their was no shortage of Antelope County players on the squads.

Five Antelope County girls earned first team honors. JoCee Johnston earned the nod, representing Clearwater-Orchard. From Elkhorn Valley, Hannah Ollendick and Amber Miller were honored. Elgin Public/Pope John was represented by Calli Krebs and Paige Meis on the first team. 

The second team featured four Antelope County girls. Clearwater-Orchard's Katie Stearns was the lone Cyclone to make the squad. EPPJ had three girls earn second-team honors, Grace Henn, Nickol Payne and Allyson Wemhoff.

The honors didn't stop there, as a number of girls were recognized with honorable mention as well. For Clearwater-Orchard, Avery Cheatum and Grace Rittscher were honored. Bri Werner was named for Elkhorn Valley. For Neligh-Oakdale, Amanda Dietz, Kristen Snodgrass and Haley Kerkman were all honored. EPPJ's lone honorable mention was Lydia Behnk.
