Elkhorn Valley Splits With CWC, St. Mary's

The Elkhorn Valley volleyball team went 1-1 Thursday night at the O'Neill St. Mary's tri-match with Chambers/Wheeler Central.

the Lady Falcons cruised to a two-set triumph over St. Mary's, 25-16 and 25-12.

EV dropped its match to CWC in three sets, 19-25, 25-14 and 25-15.

In two combined matches, Hannah Ollendick led the way with 19 kills, four blocks and 15 digs. Sierra Rystrom recorded 12 kills, four aces, two blocks and 18 digs, Amber Miller collected 29 digs and 26 assists, Olivia Nall tallied six kills and 26 digs and Haley Fleetwood accounted for 28 digs.

Elkhorn Valley (12-6) travels to Osmond Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
