Review, consider, and take all necessary action to adopt a resolution (1) adopting a construction manager at risk policy, (2) selecting the construction management at risk contract delivery system, (3) designating members of the Construction Manager at Risk Selection Committee, (4) referring all construction manager at risk proposals to the Construction Manager at Risk Selection Committee, and (5) taking any other action deemed necessary regarding the selection of the construction management at risk contract delivery system or required by the Political Subdivisions Construction Alternatives Act
