Two Arrested, Drugs Seized After Bust In Orchard

Two people are in custody following the seizure of drugs, cash and paraphernalia from an Orchard residence on Thursday.

According to the Nebraska State Patrol, Fred Beyer, 41, and Sadie Eberhardt, 34, were taken into custody after a search warrant was served at a residence in Orchard. They reside at 140 3rd Street.

Seized from the home were more than 3 ounces of methamphetamine, 1.5 ounces of marijuana, cash and drug paraphernalia. Four minor children in the household were taken into the custody of the Department of Health and Human Services, according to the NSP.

The agencies involved were the Antelope County Sheriff's Department, SNARE Drug Task Force and the Nebraska State Patrol.

Eberhardt is being housed at the Antelope County Law Enforcement Center and Beyer at the Pierce County Jail.
