Twenty-Four Area Kids Participate In Youth Group Rally

Twenty-four individuals from Orchard, Clearwater and Ewing participated in a youth rally to kick off the new school year. 

The rally was held on Saturday, Aug. 29 at Camp Fontanelle, which is located 15 miles north of Fremont.  The trip was organized by the youth groups of the Orchard United Methodist Church and the Ewing United Methodist/Presbyterian U.S.A. Church.  

The purpose of the day was to connect with other youth across Eastern Nebraska and Northeastern Kansas in a fun-filled day of games, concerts, and worshiping God to motivate the kids to live for Jesus Christ during the new school year. The project was sponsored by the Great Plains Conference (Nebraska/Kansas) of the United Methodist Church.
